What is Private activities?

Private serves as a quick notepad where you can write down activities without having to organize them right away. Perfect for clearing your head and planning later.

In a private space where only you will be able to see the content.

How to use Private Activities

1. Add a new activity

1. Tap “+ Add” at the bottom of the screen.

   

2. Type in the activity.

   

3. The activity is automatically saved in Private Activities.

   

💡 Tip: Use this to get ideas in quickly without having to think about details right away.

2. Organizing activities from Private activities is a temporary place - when you’re ready, you can move activities to the right area:

1. Tap on an activity.

2. Tap “Area” and move from Private activities.

   

3. Add the date if you want the activity to appear in the Daily Schedule.

   

4. Save the activity - now it appears in the Daily Schedule and of course in the Master list.

   

💡 Important:

• Activities in Private Activities are visible in the Master List but not in the Day Schedule until you remove Private Activities as a selected area and add a date.

• Only activities with a date will appear in the Daily Schedule.

Question: Can I delete activities in Private Activities?

Answer: Yes, edit the activity by clicking on it and selecting Delete from the menu.

Question: What happens if I do not organize an activity?

A: It will remain in Private Activities until you manage it, but it will appear in the Master List.
