Password reset
1. Forgot your password?
If you cannot log in, tap “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.
2. request a reset link
Enter your e-mail address.
Tap on “Send Email”.
3. reset your password
Check your email for the reset link.
Tap the link and enter a new password.
Confirm your new password and press “Reset Password”.
4. Log in again
After resetting the password, go back to the login screen.
Enter your details and log in.
Note that this guide only applies to Mariko accounts
This guide only applies if you created your Mariko account with an email address
If you created your Mariko account with Google or Apple, you will need to reset this password with the respective provider.
